About the Program
The Raw Foods and Soul Diet program combines raw foods, and intuitive eating, with an emphasis on an individualized approach to achieving personal development goals.

The program includes animal-based foods like raw dairy, raw fish, raw eggs, and raw meat. The coaching program equips participants with recipes, nutritional resources, and individualized support in reaching their goals.

Why Raw Foods?
Non-processed raw foods have not degraded in any way. They are rich in essential vitamins and minerals, both of which your body needs to stay healthy. These vitamins and minerals help us stay grounded while our mind seeks higher realms. We believe the processing of foods is toxic, not only to your body, but also to your mind, and soul.

Raw foods can also be beneficial in the detoxification process. They may increase glutathione, the master antioxidant in the body. Many people have reported they are better able to connect to their soul’s calling on a raw food diet. A raw food diet doesn’t necessarily lead to weight loss, or removal of negative health symptoms but rather supports the individual on his or her healing journey inside the true self or higher self.

Program Goals
The goals of this program are:

Detox gently, and sustainably from processed food.
Create a lifestyle change towards raw foods and a life of authenticity.
Develop new skills, attitudes, actions, or reactions to positively affect your well-being – mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Is This Program for Me?
If you’re on a self-healing journey and are willing to put in the work to make the necessary transformation, this program is for you! This Intro program may be ideal for someone who is just starting out with making a lifestyle change. If you have doubts about diet and nutrition but want to eat intuitively, I’ll help you find the connection.

Program Specifics
This is an online program dedicated to a group of max 10 people. The duration per session is 90 mins for 6 weeks (via Zoom) with online support (via Telegram) and online learning modules.

Dr. Marija Petrovic, an M.DBoard-Certified Psychiatrist, and Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor created this program. The Raw Foods and Soul Diet program is inspired by various dietary schools, mainly Primal Diet per Aajonus Vonderplanitz and Intuitive Eating. Dr. Marija will help you shed processed foods from your diet and incorporate raw healthy foods that have a known impact on our bodies, minds, and souls.

Students receive a certificate upon completion of the program.
